For example: grape is mostly grown in Manisa, citrus and tomato in Mersin and Antalya, peppers are grown in Kahramanmaraş. Manufacturers are collecting them from growers and selecting, sizing, packing, store them in their warehouses until exporting.
All the fruits and vegetables are inspected for harmful germs and plant diseases before storage. Beside this, goods are entering the custom only before preliminary approval of phytosanitary inspection. Improved logistic network helps to deliver products fresh in a short period.
